Thank you to Lorraine Platt, co-founder of the Conservative Animal Welfare Foundation, for meeting with me recently to discuss the Foundation’s work in calling for the ban of live exports and protecting puppies and kittens from smuggling.
I enjoyed stopping by Molesey Library for their weekly coffee morning on Thursday to chat with residents about some of their local concerns, including access to GP appointments and the future of Molesey Hospital.
I enjoyed stopping by Thames Ditton Centre for the Community to meet with the Boomerang Bags sewing bees and Men in Sheds, who support the local community by providing reusable bags for the high street and fixing old furniture.
It was great to meet with Freddie Ingle, our fantastic local candidate in the East Molesey by-election, to talk about protecting Molesey Hurst Recreation Ground from being concreted over.
