The past 18 months have been tough for everyone in Elmbridge. While it’s been a difficult time, I’ve been impressed by how residents and communities have come together to help each other out and support those in need.
Now that we’re through the worst, we can start to focus on what happens next. As we recover from the pandemic, I want to make Elmbridge an even better place to live – sorting out long-term challenges and improving residents’ quality of life.
In the coming days, many residents across Elmbridge will be receiving my Recovery Plan survey, seeking your views on the priorities for our borough. These could be protecting the Green Belt, improving our local schools, or helping High Streets and independent businesses to recover from Coronavirus.
I’d be very grateful for your views – the answers you give will help to shape my local Recovery Plan for Elmbridge.
