Following the devastating incident on Molesey Road in December, I have been working with local councillors to improve the safety of Molesey Road.
In January 2023, I wrote to Surrey County Council asking them to resurface the junction of Lyon Road / Molesey Road to make it safer for all road users.
I am pleased to confirm that this junction is now provisionally due to be resurfaced on 18 June 2023 (please note that issues such as poor weather could push this date back by a few days).
