Valuable to see the fantastic work done by Nick and Ruth Dawson, and volunteers at BRITE Box, ahead of the Friday delivery to schools across Esher and Walton constituency.
BRITE Box started in Spring 2020 as part of the incredible community response to Covid. Voices of Hope created BRITE Box as a fun activity for children, which also enabled families to cook healthy, balanced, and affordable meals together.
Local volunteers gather at Lower Green Community Centre to help prepare and pack BRITE Boxes. Each BRITE Box contains the ingredients to cook a meal for 5 people, with the idea of bringing families together with food. They are then distributed to families across Esher and Walton constituency at local primary schools.
