Streetlights

Everyone deserves to feel safe while out at night.

Today, I have launched a joint campaign with Surrey Police and Crime Commissioner, Lisa Townsend, to understand what more we can do to make local streets safer at night.

From switching on the streetlights in residential areas, to providing better CCTV coverage in public spaces, we want to hear your thoughts on how we can better protect local residents from crime.

We are seeking your views on whether more streetlights staying switched on would help make you feel safer at night.

If you are a constituent and know a street or public area that could benefit from streetlights remaining on – or any other safety measures - please fill out my survey below to let me know your views.
