Thank you to Rachael Smart, Ian Watts and Suki Kalirai from PA Housing for meeting with me recently at their offices in Walton.
A number of constituents have been in touch with me to raise concerns regarding the quality of their homes and the level of service PA Housing provide their tenants. Therefore, it was useful to raise some specific casework such as the playground and bins on St John’s Drive.
- PA Housing confirmed that the further repair required to the playground will be carried out.
- I also followed up on the recent confirmation I received that the public bins on St John’s Drive will be emptied regularly. PA Housing confirmed they will be conducting weekly litter picks in the St John’s area and the bins will be emptied as part of these weekly litter picks.
PA Housing also confirmed that they will be following up with details of their lead times for repairs, which I will share as soon as I receive them. This will help PA Housing tenants know when repairs should be carried out by and what to do should these timeframes not be adhered to.
If you are a PA Housing tenant experiencing problems in your home, please do not hesitate to contact me on dominic.raab.mp@parliament.uk and I will raise your concerns with PA Housing directly.
