This afternoon, I had a good online session with members of the Model United Nations club at the ACS International School in Cobham.
I spoke to the pupils about the government’s vision for Global Britain, but was soon fielding their challenging questions on a range of subjects – from global human rights to the economic response to Coronavirus.
The pupils had clearly learned a lot from attending the after school Model UN club. As the school itself is a community of over 70 different nationalities, it was great to see them forming an early interest in politics and international issues.
My thanks to Barnaby Sandow, the school’s Head, for arranging the session.
