This year has been very difficult for everyone. We have all had to adapt to new ways of doing things, while dealing with the worry, uncertainty, and – for many – illness or loss that the pandemic has brought.
It’s clear that this has affected a lot of people’s mental health, which is just as important as physical health. We need to make sure that we’re looking after our mental health as much as possible, particularly at this time of year.
To help with this, I wanted to make a short mental health guide available, with important advice and information that may be useful. The guide, which you can download below, uses information from the Mental Health Foundation and the NHS Every Mind Matters website. It looks at how to look after your own mental health, how to help others, and where to go for further information or support.
I hope that this is helpful. As ever, you can contact me with any concerns or issues at dominic.raab.mp@parliament.uk.
