I enjoyed dropping into Age UK on Esher High Street (the corner where Lloyd’s Bank used to be) this week following their grand opening in August. The Esher branch is the second Age UK shop to open following the success of their first store in Haslemere.
Age UK is the leading charity for older people, helping to ensure everyone gets the high-quality care they need to live well as they grow older. They provide expert advice, practical support and friendship, as well as campaigns to make older peoples’ voices heard.
You can help support Age UK’s work by donating items to their Esher branch. They accept all good-quality donations, except children’s items, CDs, DVDs, and electricals at this time.
My thanks to Laly Cassidy for taking the time to show me around the new shop. It looks fantastic and there are some great items on offer, all in support of a worthy cause.
