Social housing tenants in Elmbridge deserve the best possible quality of life. PA Housing manages around 5,000 properties in Elmbridge.
Hundreds of PA Housing tenants across Elmbridge have complained to me about the standard of service they get from PA. I have made representations to both directly to PA Housing and to Elmbridge Borough Council on their behalf.
Following a change in PA Housing’s leadership in 2023, I met with the new CEO of PA Housing to share my concerns directly with him and to understand his ambitions to improve outcomes for PA tenants.
I will continue to hold social housing providers in Elmbridge to account over the quality of home they provide to my constituents.
